Jo Ellen Bacon is our receptionist and office manager. A north Missouri native, she came to Willard with her husband, Dr. Brett Bacon, in 1991. They met at MU where she completed her Master's in Counseling Psychology. She keeps busy with their daughter and son's activities in college. Her "furry kids" include Betsy, a Yorki mix, and Carli, a cat. She enjoys reading, walking and various crafts.


Bridget Mills is a Licensed Veterinary Technician. A Willard native, she completed her Veterinary Technician degree at Maple Woods Community College and her Bachelor of Science in Biology at Missouri Southern College. Bridget and her husband keep busy following their two sons with all of their activities and a house full of dogs and cats. Mango and Holly have grown up with the boys, as well as her cats, Louie and Truffles. Bridget enjoys anything outside and crafts including quilting and tatting.


Natalie Coble is a Licensed Veterinary Technician from Crowder College. She is a Nixa native and now resides in the Walnut Grove area. She keeps busy helping her husband with their cattle operation and chasing after their little girl. Her critter kids include two dogs, Tuff and June, cat Rudy, and two horses Bubba and Sulley. She enjoys horseback riding, gardening and antiquing.


Pam Console is our receptionist, and can be seen assisting our doctors. She is a California native and completed an Art History degree at St. Mary's College. She has lived in different parts of the US and currently resides in Ash Grove with her husband, son, and a brood of cats, dogs, horses, and cattle. Pam has been in the veterinary field for several years. She enjoys rooting for her son in football, being with her horses, gardening, and antiquing.


Gina Heretick, originally from Virginia, moved here with her husband Marty. She spent 3 years as the Shelter Supervisor at the Humane Society of Southwest Missouri where she acquired invaluable animal welfare experience. While there, she received her canine behavioral assessment certification. She also completed the veterinary assistant course at Ashworth College. She has two cats, Pringles and Cloud. During her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, antiquing and singing karaoke.


Rachel Labbee is a certified Veterinary Assistant. She is originally from Sullivan, Missouri but currently resides in Republic, Missouri with her husband, three children, and of course the family pets. She enjoys spending time with her loved ones. Rachel also spends most of her time outdoors admiring nature and having fun with her family.

Brooke Mareth currently resides in Mount Vernon. She is a graduate of Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College and Missouri State University with an Associate and Bachelor of Science in General Agriculture. She competed on both the horse judging and equestrian teams at NEO A&M College. Brooke is certified in cattle artificial insemination and reproductive management and keeps busy helping run the family cattle operation. She spends her free time traveling, training and competing with her horses Jewel and Bianca, reading, and enjoying family.
